Co-founder of the S.C.N.D.F., he was its first Puissant Lieutenant Grand Commander, and it was very natural that he succeeded T.Ill.F. Jacques Prats, 33rd, at the end of the latter's second and statutorily last mandate. He promoted a policy of consolidation and dynamisation of the achievements of his predecessor. |
